“Yesterday I received a letter from Marsanne describing the outcome of my case with Alameda County Superior Court. After opening the envelope and reading the letter, I felt a sense of closure and immediately knew that I was finally able to put this very severe legal matter behind me and begin to move on with my life.

As you may already know, this has whole process has been a life-changing event for me and I do not know what I would have done without your team’s experience and knowledge of the court procedures…. You and your staff have given me comfort beyond what I could have ever imagined or expected…. Throughout the last several weeks, [you] were always there for me when I had a question or needed legal advice (and there we many times that I called after hours). I wanted to take this opportunity to thank each of you for your hard work and dedication over the last 2 months, which led to a favorable agreement between me and the State of California.

Also, I wanted to share this with you. Last Friday morning in court after the terms and conditions of the settlement were read aloud by the Judge, the D.A. walked across the courtroom and handed me note, which I’ve attached to this email. After reading it, I knew that I could not have done this without Marsanne’s determination to get me the best deal possible…. Even the judge seemed to be surprised…that the D.A. folded…when she read the terms.

And it goes without saying that I’m looking forward to working with you in 2012 when I’m eligible to have this conviction expunged.
